Even with all that hard work throughout the semester there are still those final test or …… EXAMS that you have to worry about. The ones that can destroy or help your grade. So here are some helpful hints/tips to keep you afloat during your final exams.

#2 Experiment with your study habits

It is found that studying one subject for long periods of time can be unhealthy and unhelpful. So switch between subjects. It helps a lot. Doesn't mean you have to split them equally but don't have your head stuck in one text book for too long!

#4 Eat Healthy food

Eat healthy food. You may be tempted to eat unhealthy snack foods during finals week, DON'T. By eating snack foods your body is dealing with hard to digest foods with high calories. Eat healthy low calorie foods, they are easier to digest and are good for you! Also you are already exhausted from the studying and test taking, don't let food do that too!
